Signs of Malnutrition

Health is the most important things in life. Sometimes we feel that some symptoms seem trivial, but disrupt our activity daily. Do not let the condition of our bodies more poorly. Provide good nutrition to make bodies always fit. So that we can work and enjoy life the most. To be able to meet the nutrition we need. First, we have to recognize the signs of lack of nutrition in the body. Sometimes we ignored this sign, but my suggestion is we must give more attantions from now. Healthy body create the healthy mind.

21have uncontrollable temper outbursts.
22have difficulty losing or gaining weight.
