- Start Learning become vegetarian for half a day (12 hours), for example, began at 24 o'clock at night until 12 at noon. This means that half of the rest of your life has become a vegetarian. If in three months you have been successful doing this first step, you will be a veggie.
- Second step, choose three kinds of meat the most you like to not be eaten during the rest of your life. If the second step you can perform in the discipline for three months, then you will easily become entirely vegetarian.
- Now, start to be an entirely vegetarian for 24 hours each day. In three months when you successfully perform this third step, you will become a successful vegetarian forever.
